It’s more than just painting furniture…
We like to create pieces of art! Quality, solid wood pieces are what we look for when we hunt for treasures to renew. Each piece is unique and inspired by our love for color, interior decorating and beautifying our surroundings. Usually a “vision” for the piece comes from the very minute we spot a potential piece. Then we inspect, clean and repair (if necessary) each piece to prepare it for it’s transformation. This can include sanding down, gluing and or sealing it with shellac. Now it’s ready for a gorgeous color of either Chalk Finish Paint or Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint. One or two layers of paint is painted on by hand, depending on what look we are trying to achieve. The distressing technique follows after which it is waxed and buffed as the final protective layer. Sometimes we create more definition with dark and other colored waxes and glazes too.
Due to the age and nature of Vintage used furniture, some imperfections may exist. We incorporate imperfections into the distressed finish, for a fabulous end result.

•Cash or Card is accepted at our brick and mortar store. Payment is due before delivery of any items.
•New Jersey residents pay 6.875% sales tax.
•Custom orders require a 50% deposit with balance and shipping fees due upon completion.
•Custom work may not be cancelled once work has begun. We will be happy to accommodate any design changes as best we can. Depending on how far along the work has progressed.

We can not guarantee shipping delivery times, we can only give estimates based on the information provided to us from carries.

Local Delivery in Sussex County, NJ is FREE for larger items, or you can Pick Up at our store at Hampton Mini Mall, 89 Hampton House Rd. (Rt. 206), NJ, 07860. Items on this website is subject to prior sale.
Delivery within +-100 miles of Newton, NJ 07860, is available for a reasonable price. Payable at the time of delivery. **Contact us for an delivery estimate if you live further away.**
Smaller items ship via USPS or FedEx. Larger pieces are shipped via private carriers.
All the items listed in our online Shop is in stock and will be shipped within 3-5 business days or in the case of large furniture pieces – as soon as can be arranged with private carriers on uShip.
We take great care in wrapping your order for shipment with blankets and shrink wrap.
PLEASE NOTE: We can not control what happens once the parcel leaves our studio.
Insurance is an optional extra and needs to be requested before shipment is arranged with private carriers. We choose private carriers with 5 star ratings that have experience with moving furniture and are careful. We never had a breakage happen with private carries. Delivery dates can sometimes be changed as circumstances such as weather and unforeseen breakdowns can play a part in long distance deliveries. We thank you for you patience.
With FedEx sometimes the inevitable happens; in that case, please contact us immediately. You need to take pictures of the broken piece and the packaging material. Save the packaging material for inspection.
The purchaser is responsible for filing claims. If your item is damaged or lost, we are happy to assist you in any way that we can.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you check out through PayPal to avoid returns and delays in shipping. (Additional shipping costs will apply if we have to re-send items).
A PHONE NUMBER is required at check out for shipping label/delivery purposes. You can add it under notes at the time of check out.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final due to the nature of vintage, one-of-a-kind items. We will do our best to describe items as accurately as possible. If we missed anything, it is not intentional. Please review the listings carefully. We are more than happy to provide additional information, photos and answer questions.
If you are not happy with your purchase for some reason, please contact us within 14 business days, perhaps we can reach a mutual solution. We will try our very best to insure your satisfaction.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. No shipping costs will be refunded.
